Job Summary
Supports Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of sourcing and contracting initiatives. Supports analytical work including but not limited to: spend analytics, market complexity, data collection, performance metrics, risk considerations, pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning, and reporting. Assists with sourcing strategy development, decision making, and contract negotiations. May lead or direct less complex sourcing activities.Job Description

Procurement Analyst [ Salary Grade 6 | $73,828 - $86,132.00]
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: In customer service and or procurement preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Procurement Consultant [ Salary Grade 7 | $86,783 -$101,248.00]
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience working with cross-functional teams is required. Supply chain category management experience, preferably within the utility, manufacturing, or construction industry preferred.
Procurement Specialist [ Salary Grade 8 | $98,032 - $117,637.00]
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field is required; OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 4 years of relevant work experience in contract management, paralegal work, or supply chain experience is required. Experience in the utility, manufacturing, or construction industry preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of contract design and structure, including terms, language, templates, performance criteria, and other components.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills desired
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) desired with an ability to communicate with business partners, stakeholders, and suppliers
Ability to be persuasive and build credibility desired
