Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our Engine Management team in Everett, Washington.

The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage an engine company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement and supply‑chain strategies for engine programs.

  • Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non‑conformance resolution.

  • Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier‑related technical issues.

  • Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards.

  • Mentor junior staff and lead cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

  • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment and working directly with program leaders

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time internationally/domestically

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience in Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) process

  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results

  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills

Summary pay range:

Experienced (Level 3) - $94,350 - $127,650 USD

Senior (Level 4) – $118,150 - $159,850 USD
