The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent, reporting to the Supply Chain Operation Manager, working out of the Everett, WA office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will support the Aircraft Materials and Structures team. This role partners with Boeing manufacturers, internal and external customers, and third-party logistics, with an emphasis on aggregation.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time internationally/domestically
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills

Experienced (Level 3) - $94,350 - $127,650 USD
Senior (Level 4) – $118,150 - $159,850 USD
