Exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory alongside the product this role will directly support. Whether you are currently working in supply chain or looking to make a change - this role will bring candidates into the complex and challenging world of demand management, program integration and supply chain analysis.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison and relationship owner between suppliers and Boeing.
Assist with performance expectations and metrics of suppliers.
Travel to suppliers and conduct assessments to ensure the supplier’s ongoing capability to support Boeing.
Assist with management of the supply and demand of parts, schedules, and supplier quality and delivery.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal and external partners, and peers; including gaining rapport and engaging positively with internal and external collaborators, even in difficult circumstances.
Analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g. on-time delivery) and using those indicators to predict risks; assist suppliers to develop new predictive indicators as needed.
Conduct risk, issue, and opportunity (RIO) management.
Mitigate discovered risks and initiate and implement supplier recovery plans and improvement activities.
Assist with Root Cause/Corrective Action initiatives to improve systemic issues.
Support cross-functional discussions regarding technical approaches, the resolution of quality issues, and the improvement of products and processes.
Perform some level of system transactions and data entry to maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) fidelity, support metric generation, and maintain stakeholder communication.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
Experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
Experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

Summary pay range: Level 2: $ 75,647 - $ 88,850
