Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent -Contracts to join our 737 Engine Procurement team in Everett, WA or Renton, WA.

The 737 Engine Management team is seeking aa senior contracts procurement agent to execute commercial and contractual responsibilities supporting LEAP-1B and CFM-56 engine procurement. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities, administering contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. This role supports negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and ongoing contract performance monitoring to secure timely, high-quality engine deliveries to the 737 program.

Our team is currently hiring a Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Procurement Agent.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
  • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts 
  • 10+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership  
  • 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 
  • 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes
  • Domestic and international travel as needed
  • Experience negotiating high dollar contracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 15+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts 
  • 15+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership  
  • 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 
  • 15+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes
  • Domestic and international travel as needed
  • Experience negotiating high dollar contracts
  • 10+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations 
  • 10+ years of experience with contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
  • Experience with Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing Operations

Summary pay range (Level 4): Everett, WA: $123,300 - $143,250

Summary pay range (Level 4): Renton, WA: $123,300 - $143,250

Summary pay range (Level 5): Everett, WA: $144,900 - $168,250

Summary pay range (Level 5): Renton, WA: $144,900 - $168,250
