Procure to Pay Specialist II

POSITION SUMMARY

The Procure to Pay (P2P) team oversees key financial operations that support company-wide purchasing and payment activities. This includes vendor onboarding, accounts payable, utility setups and payments, U.S. energy contracts, corporate travel, and expense management. The team works closely with key internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency in process execution. P2P ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting a smooth end-to-end purchasing and payment experience.

This role executes complex P2P activities and flexibly supports initiatives that enhance team workflows, resolve nuanced issues, and improve overall efficiency

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end invoice processing and approval routing, proactively resolving data discrepancies with minimal oversight
  • Investigates discrepancies and coordinates resolution through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintaining compliance
  • Contribute to process documentation and training materials
  • Provide backup coverage for key team functions to support cross-training and minimize disruption during absences

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience in P2P or finance 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
