Procure-to-Pay Enablement Analyst
Position Overview
Global Procurement, Third-Party Management & Shared Services (GPTPMS) is Evernorth’s official strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management organization. Whether an employee or function is looking to purchase new goods or services, renew an existing supplier relationship, or identify suppliers for consideration of a good or service, the GPTPMS organization has the tools and processes in place to achieve those goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Supplier Enablement champion and single business point of contact for suppliers.Partner with project team to define and execute supplier enablement strategy.Define and track supplier enablement success metrics.Track and provide updates on status of supplier enablement.Follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on actions related to supplier enablement.Gather, maintain, and ensure accuracy of master data.Perform supplier analysis to identify key targets for phased roll-out.Coordinate the communications related to supplier enablement.Provide support to suppliers during and after onboarding including setup activities and training.Continued enablement of new suppliers based on business needs.Engage suppliers through continued communication and training to drive adoption.Optimize process to on-board new suppliers within the P2P system.Analyze trends, consult with procurement, and process teams to ensure that optimal use is made of the P2P platform as it relates to suppliers.Identify opportunities to improve supplier management as it relates to key metrics.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Background in managing complex relationships with suppliers.Knowledge or experience on AP, Finance, Indirect Procurement.Team player with a positive attitude and ability to manage in ambiguity.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication including written, verbal and listening skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Required Experience & Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience preferred. ?? Years of Experience Experience with P2P applications such as Ariba, Coupa, iPro, etc.Experience with Reltio and Oracle is desired.Strong customer support experience (help desk, second level support, etc.).

Location & Hours of Work
