Procure-to-Pay Catalog Administrator
Position Overview
Global Procurement, Third-Party Management & Shared Services (GPTPMS) is Evernorth’s official strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management organization. Whether an employee or function is looking to purchase new goods or services, renew an existing supplier relationship, or identify suppliers for consideration of a good or service, the GPTPMS organization has the tools and processes in place to achieve those goals.
The Catalog Administrator position resides within the Digital Procurement & Operations department. This position is responsible for creating, modifying, and trouble-shooting catalogs in the Ariba system. Ariba Catalog Administrator is responsible for supporting GPTPMS’ catalog strategy and maintenance of the content for all sourcing categories in Ariba. This responsibility also includes ensuring catalogs are setup to automate the ordering and invoicing process.
Catalogs in Ariba can be completely custom built or accessed in partnership with an external supplier. This position will work with those suppliers to determine the best catalog solution to provide goods and services and make them available to Evernorth employees.

Responsibilities
< >Manage and support overall catalog creation, category content and catalog enablement strategy in Ariba in collaboration with Procurement managers.Guide and train GPTPMS and Business stakeholders through requirements gathering and defining strategies to recommend best case catalog usage.Drive the creation and implementation of catalogs (static/CIF and punch out), which includes collecting catalog information, reviewing, and approving the catalog content, loading information into the system and integration setup.Ensure product data has the appropriate SKU level-details, commodity codes and work with accounts payable, Tax, IT, and procurement teams to update and add codes when appropriate.Responsible for administration / maintenance of catalogs for all categories and applicable suppliers.Ensure up-to-date pricing, inventory, images, and content for all product listings across all E-commerce channels.Support the development of training requirements and guide suppliers in the catalog enablement process where required.Be the subject matter expert for catalog transactional processing.Ensure prioritization and deliverables are timely throughout the engagement process.Develop and manage KPIs as well as report on progress.Create, prepare, and maintain catalog documentation.Analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate solutions to the team.Run purchase and catalog activity reports.Perform other duties as requested.

Excellent communication including written, verbal and listening skills.Good time management.Background in managing relationships with suppliers.
Required Experience & Education:
< >Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum of (2) years of experience with Procure to Order processes with focus on catalogs.Experience with the Ariba platform or the creation of catalogs.Experience with P2P applications such as Ariba, Coupa, iPro, etc.
Desired Experience:
< >Knowledge of EDI, cXML preferred.
