Customers. Authority to stop the production or prevent
shipment of nonconforming products to the customers.
Improve new or existing process to achieve goals thru
Kaizens focus into the KPI's indicators
Responsible to be in his work area on time before the
beginning of the shift.
Lead the technicians to resolve production issues that
may occur on the manufacturing floor.
Maintain effectively the support on the manufacturing
lines and equipment to minimize Down time
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical
issues on the existing equipment’s at KEMX.
Responsible to administrate and optimize the spare
parts.
Execute work instructions, maintenance and
calibration task, assigned to him base on each position.
Responsible to execute and maintain model changes
at optimum level based on the goal for each area.
Support NPI activities and projects as required.
Supports the Vision and Guiding Principles and other
policies of Kimball Electronics Mexico
Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
and Quality Management System (QMS)
