Position Summary

As a Process Technician, you will be in charge to Assist the Foaming/ Ultrasonic Responsible in the definition of all splicing and injection operations while carrying out their validation.

YOUR ROLE

• Carry out the technical acceptance of splicing and injection equipment.
• Validate the splicing and injection equipment.
• Train maintenance technicians.
• Validate the machine settings by referring to the "Ultrasonic Process Card" issued by the MEC.
• Adjust the machine parameters and settings according to engineering needs.
• Ensure follow-up and support during start-ups.
• Carry out a set of tests and samples for quality validation during start-up.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health and safety standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bac+2 or Bac+3 in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, software or related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and French.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Adaptability to changing production requirements
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
