Job Summary:

Responsible for making the scheduling process faster, easier, and more transparent for everyone involved. This role designs the workflows for how requests come in from internal partners, how they are prioritized and processed by the right teams, and how the results are communicated to the customer in a frictionless way. You will work with Product teams to implement AI and automation tools to simplify the work and improve decision-making. The goal is to build a smooth, connected system where "getting on the schedule" is seamless, efficient, and frictionless.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.

  • Partners with business leads to develop, implement, and communicate standard operational policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Analyzes current process standards and metrics in order to recommend solutions for improvements.

  • Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.

  • Collects and analyzes complex data sets for results and variances, identifying trends and patterns in order to recommend actions to improve business processes.

  • Performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.

  • Prepares and presents process improvement and methodology workshops.

  • Creates presentations, technical requirements, and business case/ROI in support of key initiatives.

  • Coordinates across multiple functional groups to gather the information necessary for executing data models.

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of operations and/or continuous improvement /project management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Project management, change management and business process analysis experience required.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices

  • Business process analysis skills

  • Project and resource management skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations

  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of systems design and principles

  • Ability to influence company leadership and project teams

  • Business and financial acumen.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or Business Management.

  • Optional Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics.

  • MBA, Lean, Quality and/or Six Sigma certification and recent proven experience preferred.

Pay Range $69,700 - $90,600 / year

 

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
