iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Process Performance Improvement Scientist VIE within our Manufacturing Science and Analytical Technology team, you will support the transformation of manufacturing process performance monitoring via the implementation of an advanced data analytics tool, named SimplY and you will contribute to identify and roll out initiatives to improve robustness and performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Integrate local team, develop network and influence on local players.
  • Ensure the timely implementation and use of SimplY tool, by leading and supporting local action plan.
  • Identify initiatives for process robustness and yield performance improvement to create value.
  • Contribute to process monitoring practices transformation and deploy best practices and standards.
  • Support continuous improvements, in particular of the deployment methodology.

About you

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of technical / scientific experience in pharma industry would be a plus point.
  • Experience with any or all of product design, system design, project management, design thinking and data structures would be a great asset.
  • Prior experience with Statistics and Data Science (IA, machine learning) is valuable.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong communication and organization skills, with developed critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding and interest of industrial biotech processes and reimbursement systems, international pricing rules and major pricing systems and their evolution is a plus.
  • Lean manufacturing mindset (simplify, eliminate waste, focus on added value), curios, adaptive, with the ability to impact and influence.
  • Able to collaborate transversally, be proactive, performance oriented and capable to lead.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Biotech / Data Science / another relevant quantitative field.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and German.
