Are you ready to take the lead in delivering an innovative pipeline of complex process re-engineering project opportunities? As a Process Optimisation (Senior) Analyst, you will be at the forefront of solving inefficiencies and unlocking additional value for the Automation/Process Mining expertise within our team. This role is perfect for those with a strong desire to gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques, experience of project team management, and lead end-to-end process analysis & simplification.

Accountabilities: 

Your main duties will include managing relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels, assisting with the generation & prioritisation of opportunities across a range of Process Analytics Services customer groups, and leading projects independently or in collaboration with other streams of work and team members. You will also be responsible for assessing automation/process mining possible enhancements implementations, business cost/benefit business cases, as well as change management activities to guide/support business readiness for transition to go-live. You will also have an opportunity to standardize processes by modelling them in a dedicated system. 

Essential Skills/ Experience: 

  • Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified alongside proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading medium profile projects/ change management activities 
  • Facilitating process discovery workshops across various stakeholder levels 
  • Hands-on Process Mapping experience (no specific tool) using BPMN 2.0 
  • Experience in improving service processes going through different functions across organization 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing & presentation/ oral communication skills 
  • Energetic and self-motivated 
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business requirements 
  • Critical thinking skills enabling challenging process findings and solutions 
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one time 
  • Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment 
  • Willingness to undertake some domestic/ international travel (as required) 
  • Fluency in English 

 

Desirable Skills/ Experience: 

  • Experience in participating in service transition projects 
  • Significant experience with various related BPM capabilities i.e. AI, Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools. 
  • Experience and proven results in change implementation projects within the Pharma industry 
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology 
  • Experience in working with Business Information Centre tool by GBTEC 
  • Experience in working globally
