Process Operator – Solenis Sweden

Solenis Sweden is looking for a reliable and safety-oriented Process Operator to support our production and warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure the efficient loading of finished products, unloading of raw materials, and organization of the raw material warehouse to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Load finished products and unload raw materials according to schedules and work instructions.
- Organize and maintain the raw material warehouse, ensuring correct placement of incoming goods.
- Follow all safety guidelines, use required protective equipment, and report any safety concerns.
- Ensure that loaded products meet defined quality criteria.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and support good housekeeping across the factory.
- Perform cycle counting (physical inventory) in the warehouse.
- Participate in basic maintenance and preventive tasks (e.g., forklift upkeep, cleaning).
- Provide support as needed to production as a substitute Process Operator.
Who We’re Looking For
- Vocational degree as a Process Operator or equivalent experience.
- Strong cooperation skills, efficiency, and a proactive working style.
- High awareness of safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work closely with production, maintenance, logistics, and external drivers.
