Job Title: Process Operator

Job Purpose

This role supports daily manufacturing operations on A‑shift in an on‑site production environment in the United States. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to help deliver products that meet safety and quality standards.


You will work closely with operators, technicians, and engineers to complete equipment set‑ups, changeovers, and routine production activities. This position offers opportunities to build technical skills, contribute to supply reliability, and grow within a collaborative manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment according to approved procedures and safety requirements.
  • Set up equipment and complete changeovers to support scheduled production activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and product output, and report issues that may impact safety or quality.
  • Support basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
  • Complete production records accurately and maintain clean, inspection‑ready work areas.
  • Use digital production systems for data entry, training completion, and performance tracking.
  • Participate in local improvement activities related to safety, quality, or operational efficiency.
  • Work on-site during scheduled A‑shift hours.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment, with participation in technical skill training or certifications. 
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting materials up to 40 pounds during the shift. 
  • Availability to work A‑shift on-site, including longer shifts when operational needs require flexibility.
  • Experience following written and verbal instructions, performing basic math, and accurately documenting work per defined standards.
  • Complete required training on new equipment, comply with established safety and health standards, and perform assigned tasks in support of defined team and operational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or food production).
  • Experience with equipment set‑up, changeovers, and routine equipment checks.
  • Experience using basic production systems or digital data entry tools.
  • Experience supporting workplace organization or process improvement activities.

Work Arrangements: 

This role offers 12‑hour, 3‑day workweek, with one 8‑hour workday every other week; Remote or fully home-working arrangements are not available for this role.
