What You Will Do
• Implement and ensure compliance to Approved Technical Data and P&W Repair Process Standard Work
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and support development of new repair methods and products
• Review, improve, and standardize Work Instructions (Standard Work)
• Provide timely technical support and resolution to operations cells
• Perform scrap review, disposition, and product serviceability analysis to improve yield
• Support quality investigations (RRCA, DAISE) and customer warranty cases
• Identify and mitigate EHS risks while driving improvement projects
• Implement Process Control and Certification (ProCert) and maintain compliance currency
• Support automation and technology insertion to improve efficiency and repeatability
• Ensure full compliance with RTX EH&S, Code of Conduct, and Global Trade policies
Qualifications You Must Have
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Material Science or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer
• Knowledge of aero component repair processes
• Exposure to MRO, manufacturing, or repair environments
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Understanding of quality investigation tools (e.g. RRCA, DAISE)
• Experience or interest in automation and digitalization initiatives
