Job Description:
- Work with Process Improvement Leads and Process Automation Analysts, providing guidance and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee a portfolio of process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Operational Excellence strategy.
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business results.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organizational capability in process improvement and change management.
- Establish and champion Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and key process owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) intake and management, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
- Support change management activities, addressing roadblocks and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements within the department and across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Support the priorities of multiple teams and provide coaching to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build alignment and secure sponsorship for initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and results.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts on business cases for technology and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and change management.
- Training in Process Management, Change Management, Quality Management, and/or Lean methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead change and influence at all organizational levels.
- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, ROI analysis) and project management expertise.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar or the Caterpillar dealer organization is an asset.
Important:
- This position may be based out of Edmonton, Calgary, or Fort McMurray town shop facilities.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Monday – Friday, 5x2 role.
