The Process Improvement Associate Manager is responsible for owning and delivering network-wide operational improvement initiatives across Bosta’s first mile, sortation, and last mile operations. This role leads complex cross-functional projects, designs scalable SOPs, supports automation initiatives with Product and Technology teams, and coaches specialists to execute high-impact transformations on the ground.
The Lead translates strategic improvement priorities into operational reality by diagnosing inefficiencies, designing solutions, piloting changes, and scaling best practices across the network.
