As a Process Governance Consultant, you will play a key role in advancing the COE’s process governance and excellence agenda. Through your analytical mindset and process-oriented approach, you will help shape how our processes are designed, documented, and improved. You will support process design and delivery model discussions, assist in defining process metrics, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the COE. As part of this, you will generate and present insights that enable informed discussions. You will also collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure alignment, standardisation, and adherence to governance and process standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role you will:

  • Support the definition and implementation of process management frameworks, tools and governance standards across the Reporting & Analysis COE

  • Assist operational teams in achieving end-to-end process alignment for Reporting & Analysis and support standardisation and optimisation efforts

  • Collect, analyse, and present data to identify initiatives and solutions that enhance productivity and drive cost-saving opportunities across the COE

  • Contribute to functional scoping or process design discussions in collaboration with segment Finance teams and leadership

  • Maintain and update documentation; define metrics; monitor and report process performance; identify gaps; and recommend improvement actions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across COE and Finance frontline/HQ teams to support consistent adoption of process governance practices

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the Head of Process Governance & Excellence to facilitate the development, transformation, and continuous improvement of COE processes and governance frameworks

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, transformation, or process excellence roles, ideally from consulting or a similar in-house role

  • Proven track record with end-to-end process modelling, delivery model design, and activity mapping in a Finance/FP&A shared service or COE environment

  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to synthesise discussions and data and translate insights into practical recommendations

  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and all phases of the project lifecycle

  • Cost-conscious mindset with a passion for improving business and finance processes, ability to create value/business case(s)

  • High level of initiative and ownership, with the ability to organise and prioritise actions to meet objectives in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills; capable of navigating a global matrix organisation

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel; PowerBI is a plus) and solid understanding of Finance data systems.

  • Shipping and/or Logistics business acumen is an advantage
