The following position is to join our Enterprise Services organization.

CORE is the RTX operating system built upon the legacy of Lean and Six Sigma practices and is fundamental to how the company executes all business objectives. The CORE operating system unifies business units and functions across the company with a common language and methodology. The Enterprise Services, Business Solutions Process Engineering & Analytics Lead will lead process design, metric development and analysis across Business Solutions areas and key projects. This role also focuses on the use of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methods and tools to enable Business Solutions to achieve world-class process capabilities, develop capacity plans, and solve the highest impact business problems.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of end‑to‑end process improvements across Enterprise Services domains, integrating statistical models and predictive insights to quantify impact and optimize outcomes.

  • Develop and govern standardized process frameworks, documentation, and controls aligned with CORE, ensuring strong data integrity, audit readiness, and SOX compliance.

  • Drive large scale, cross functional transformation initiatives, using techniques such as forecasting, simulation modeling, scenario analysis, and capacity planning.

  • Translate business needs into executable process designs aligned with HRIS, ERP, and digital platforms, ensuring data flows support accurate modeling and analytics.

  • Identify and enable opportunities for automation, digitization, and self‑service, including advanced workforce analytics, decision systems, and workflow telemetry.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and enterprise metrics, providing statistical analysis and executive decision support tools to ensure benefit realization and operational transparency.

  • Lead change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training on data driven decision making and process design.

  • Provide mentorship and functional leadership to process engineers, analysts, and CORE team members, strengthening enterprise analytics and continuous improvement capabilities.

  • Travel ~25% as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in process design, quantitative analysis, or statistical/operational analytics

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent expertise in statistical analysis, process optimization, and root cause methodologies).

  • 5+ years supporting a combination of HR Shared Services organization and/or Financial Services and/or Enterprise Analytics within a global, complex organization.

  • 5+ years of experience designing statistical models that inform process improvement, workforce planning, risk management, or operational decision making.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working with HRIS and/or ERP systems.

  • Experience deploying advanced technology solutions to digitize workflows, integrate enterprise data, or enable AI/ML‑driven insights.

  • Proven experience influencing senior leadership, communicating analytical insights, and driving enterprise transformation.

  • Familiarity with modern analytics tools such as Power BI, R, SAS, or similar statistical packages.

Work Location: This position is remote, eligible candidates must reside within CONUS.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
