Objective of the position
Deze rol raporteert aan de Teamlead Process Engineering; het doel van de functie is het ontwerpen, analyseren, monitoren en continu verbeteren van productieprocessen en installaties. De Process Engineer neemt actief deel aan multidisciplinaire projectteams, van conceptontwikkeling tot implementatie en verdere optimalisatie.
Characterization of activities
- Ontwikkelt, introduceert en verbetert continu nieuwe en bestaande productieprocessen.
- Past proces- en kwaliteitsmethoden toe zoals MSA, SPC, PFMEA, PCP, APQP, TPM en SMED.
- Neemt deel aan en ondersteunt verbeter- en probleemoplossingsprojecten (APQP, Six Sigma, 8D).
- Borgt kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid met behulp van IATF core tools en beheert de bijbehorende documentatie.
- Analyseert en optimaliseert productieprocessen op efficiency, ergonomie, flexibiliteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid, inclusief kosten- en productiviteitsimpact.
- Bereidt investeringsaanvragen voor en draagt proactief bij aan het voorkomen en verminderen van procesuitval.
Education, Experience and Knowledge
- HBO werk- en denkniveau in een relevante technische richting (elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of technische bedrijfskunde).
- Kennis van Lean Manufacturing en/of Lean Six Sigma.
- Ervaring met CE‑markering, Technische Constructiedossiers (TCD) en machinerichtlijnen.
- Kennis van functional safety en automotive core tools zoals APQP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA en PCP.
- Sterk in het onderhouden van professionele relaties met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers.
- Houdt kennis actueel op het gebied van technische proces- en productie‑innovaties.
