Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
This position provides excellent experience and career path in process engineering with wide knowledge of processes and new product introductions.
- Develop repair process and product repair procedures.
- Coordinate and Implement Global Repair Process, Procedures, and Best Practices to Global Repair Suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards.
- Develop project plan for NPI Project which are planning to repair network across global.
- Organize NPI meeting with cross functional team.
- Ensure all key action plan arrived to meet project objective.
- Drives the team to ensure all action plan are executed within on-time.
- Ensure project success across global.
- Focus on process quality performance.
- This position will also support Supply Line activities and other cross functional teams.
- This position will be key interface with manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and services teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 Years of related experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, process Engineering, NPI etc.
- Familiar in Manufacturing Process, Engineering changes, Quality systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Written and verbal communications in English.
- Works well under pressure.
- Ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated.
- Highly organized and ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Effectively manage changes, stress, and ambiguity.
- Excellent PC application Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, SAP & Internet.
- Familiar with MRP/ERP or similar Manufacturing Management Software Systems.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand technical Self Service environment.
