Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oakdale, CA manufacturing facility. You will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment and system performance, and supporting operational excellence across the business unit. You will use data and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, lead structured problem‑solving efforts, support small projects and capital initiatives, and partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
This is an onsite role at our food manufacturing facility.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve Daily Management Systems, including the development and implementation of standard work
Drive process and operational improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability
Apply technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes to identify and implement reliability and performance improvements
Analyze key performance indicators and operational data to prioritize improvement initiatives
Lead structured problem‑solving activities and continuous improvement efforts using established methodologies
Manage small improvement projects independently using Conagra Performance System tools
Support and lead process improvement initiatives tied to capital projects within the business unit
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders
Develop and build employee capability in understanding processes, systems, and standards
Promote and support digital transformation through the use of data, reporting, and digital tools
Provide oversight and ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and standards within supported areas
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment
Experience using data and key performance indicators to drive process improvement decisions
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Apps
Demonstrated experience leading problem‑solving efforts and small projects
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Experience working effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
