Sujet : Amélioration des indicateurs de performance d’une ligne de production

Missions à confier :

• Cartographier le processus de production.
• Analyser les KPI.
• Lancer un chantier 5S sur la ligne.
• Utiliser les outils Lean : Muda Hunting, Hoshin, SMED.
• Réaliser la R&R du process.
• Revue de l’AMDEC Process.
