What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce operational costs

  • Analyze production data and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials

  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new technologies and process automation

Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, requiring both office and field work. The position may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel to other plant locations may be required.
