What You'll Do:
Design, develop, integrate, and document semiconductor manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment
Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering teams to execute projects and transition processes from development to manufacturing
Develop, sustain, and monitor manufacturing processes using DOE and SPC; set up, track, and analyze SPC data to assess process stability
Perform metrology and data analysis to support wafer fabrication using standard cleanroom characterization tools
Operate and support fabrication equipment and modules (e.g., metals, plating, e‑beam lithography) while adhering to all cleanroom protocols
What You Need:
Knowledge of semiconductor device processing, preferably GaN and/or InP
Experience with cleanroom fabrication processes, including wet/dry etching, metal deposition (evaporation/sputtering), and e‑beam/photolithography
Strong verbal, presentation, and technical writing skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrates high ethical standards, sound business conduct, and adherence to safe work practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering with five (5) plus years of experience working in a cleanroom environment
Direct experience with Gallium Nitride or Indium Phosphide material systems is preferred

Salary Range:
$90,800.00-$121,100.000Pay Transparency
