Position Summary

The Process Engineer is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving assigned manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards. This role supports the implementation of engineering changes, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for a certain process within the factory Coordination, facilitation, monitoring and control of all activities related to a certain process
  • Ensuring connection between MEC - Standardization of processes and equipment
  • Ensuring the development and implementation of POS
  • Perform POS controls and monitoring
  • Ensure good relations with ADP (Advanced Development Projects Europe) in order to receive estimates and expectations in relation to different technologies in the framework of development
  • Validation and monitoring of investments related to engineering changes, "Model Year Changes" and any continuous improvement activity
  • Coordinating the implementation of engineering changes with a multidisciplinary team
  •  Ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Actively proposing new solutions for product process improvements
  • Provide increased productivity through good product knowledge
  • Ensure the flexibility of changes requested from the customer

Your Background

  • Minimum High school education, preferably University or Higher education
  • Previous experience in similar role is a plus
  • Strong learning ability
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Responsibility and accuracy in performing tasks
