We're hiring a Process Engineer to join Vehicle Operations with a cross-program mandate covering Test, Fleet Reliability, Build, and On Road Deployment across our Automotive, Trucking, and Construction & Mining programs.
Operations across our programs has scaled faster than the methodology behind it, and we need someone whose full-time job is closing that gap. You'll spend time in the ops flow, measure where time and cost actually sit, and identify the highest-leverage improvements. Some of that work is analysis and methodology design; some of it is driving change end-to-end, from design through full rollout.
Our fleet is scaling past 100+ vehicles across three distinct business areas, and the same operational problems keep showing up in different programs. You'll recognize those patterns, design the methodology to solve them once rather than every time, and build the measurement infrastructure that tells us whether what we're doing is actually working.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
