The Opportunity
Our Supply Chain Process Enablement & Automation team is seeking a Process Enablement & Automation Analyst to support the stability and day‑to‑day operation of our Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) ecosystem. This role focuses primarily on Enverus OpenInvoice (eCommerce), while also providing operational support for tools such as Fieldglass, Celonis, and other P2P applications.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot OpenInvoice transactions in SAP workflow tables to ensure invoices move accurately through validation, approval, and posting
Resolve routine workflow errors and exceptions quickly to prevent delays in financial or operational activities
Maintain and update supplier PriceBooks, ensuring pricing is accurate, current, and aligned with contractual requirements
Support onboarding of new suppliers into OpenInvoice, ensuring readiness and compliance with procurement standards
Perform day‑to‑day operational tasks across other P2P tools, including submitting simple configuration or access requests, assisting with Fieldglass transactions for construction management, performing basic Celonis data validation or testing, and supporting routine updates or corrections in other P2P applications
Lead the resolution of P2P issues by collaborating with Contract Analysts, Buyers, Project Controls, Accounts Payable, technical teams, suppliers, and contractors
Provide clear, concise communication to internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
Build trusted relationships across the business by offering reliable, customer‑focused support
Participate in functional testing for system fixes, enhancements, and integrations across OpenInvoice, Fieldglass, Celonis, and related tools
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and improve operational efficiency
Contribute to automation‑focused initiatives within Supply Chain, supporting the design and adoption of solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process reliability
Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, recognizing that effective change management—communication, training, and stakeholder readiness—is essential for successful adoption of new tools and processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
4+ years of Supply Chain Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) business support experience with strong attention to detail
4+ years of hands‑on experience with ERP procurement modules, ideally SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
4+ years of experience working with P2P integrations with SAP and tools such as OpenInvoice, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), or Fieldglass
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve conflict and navigate complex issues
Skilled in data analytics and solution design, using technology to diagnose and resolve operational challenges
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in ERP implementation or enhancement projects
Experience supporting system integrations across P2P platforms
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or Alteryx
Exposure to process mining tools, particularly Celonis
Experience supporting or testing P2P tools such as Fieldglass, especially for construction management workflows
This position requires candidates to:
Have current, valid authorization to travel internationally (including but not limited to Canada, US and Mexico)
Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)
Overnight stays away from home base may be required (estimated up 5% of work schedule)
