Below is the job description for open position
Key Responsibilities:
Process Development & Design
Develop new manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts to meet production requirements.
Design process sequences, work instructions and SOPs.
Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and capacity analysis.
Validates cycle time, manpower, and capacity in the routing. Confirm costing related parameters.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Analyze existing production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Reduce cycle time, improve yield, and enhance UPH/output.
Equipment Design Support
Define machine specifications and technical requirements for new equipment.
Work with machine suppliers on design reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
Technical Problem Solving
Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Technical Documentation
Prepare and maintain process documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, and Work Instructions.
Review and confirm the BOM and Routing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D during new product introduction (NPI)
Work closely with Customer Technical Interface (CTI) and Project Managers during the new product or customized product introduction.
Qualification
6 years of experience in manufacturing design OR Industrial Engingeering ideally in semi conductor industry
Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial OR related
Expertise in production processes and process engineering preferably in electronic manufacturing
Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six-Sigma, SPC and DOE methodologies
Hands-on experience with process simulation, validation, and performance analysis
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Fluent in Thai and English
