Responsibilities and Impact:

The Value Consultant is responsible for aligning business initiatives with value realization, ensuring that every project contributes to measurable business outcomes. This role involves translating business demands into actionable plans, assuring data availability on program impacts, and collaborating with process owners to secure necessary resources and budgets for process excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Opportunity Assessment and Value Realization
    • Manage the overall assessment of opportunities and ensure successful realization of business cases from process excellence initiatives.
    • Lead and facilitate Prioritization Committee meetings to prioritize and recommend automation opportunities based on business agenda, value, and readiness.
    • Collaborate with and stakeholder manage divisional/function process spokes to ensure value creation across the enterprise.
  • KPI Development and Management
    • Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the perceived value of process improvement initiatives for customers, the business, and end-users.
  • Tooling
    • Train business function on how to use our business process engineering tools.
    • Configure and be proficient in technical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Celonis.
  • Governance
    • Prioritize automation initiatives, manage demand intake tracking, and oversee deployment.
    • Report on Hub metrics and return on investment (ROI) across all business units.
    • Monitor overall costs, savings, and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) targets while planning for future initiatives.
    • Track the status of value case development, comparing actual versus planned value trajectories.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $210,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.  This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Proficient in technical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Celonis.
  • Experience in training (creating materials and leading sessions) and implementation of tools.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Process Analytics and Reporting

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business case development.
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and context.
  • Familiarity with RPA, AI, and analytics reporting, including KPIs.
