As Process Area Leader, you work with team members to meet production line objectives for safety, quality, reliability, scrap and TPM.
Shift: Nights 6:45pm – 7:15 am
Standard 3-2-2-3 schedule that equates to 15 working days a month
Includes 2 long-weekends every month
You Will
Direct and monitor the workflow and daily work functions of the team
Train team members to use SAP to perform routine functions such as label returns, scrap, and downtime
Perform material-handling duties, which includes scrap grinding and material loading
Follow production schedule and work orders so that correct product is being produced
Ensure effective communications are flowing between shifts. (shift change hand off)
You Have
Ability to work night shift: 6:45pm-7:15am on a 3-2-2-3 schedule
High School diploma or GED
A minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing production experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Leadership skills and experience transferring knowledge to others (training, peer mentor, etc.)
Computer proficiency with ERP experience (SAP is a plus)
