IDEXX is hiring a Process Analyst for its Global Business Services (GBS). At IDEXX, the GBS Operations are at the core of all commercial transactions. As a Process Analyst, your main responsibilities are leading and supporting projects to measure, analyze and improve business processes which drive business results, operational efficiencies, quality improvements and reduced costs. You will perform ongoing operational data gathering in support of process improvement activities and facilitate business understanding of customer requirements and the ability to make quick, responsive changes to meet customer needs.
The GBS Business Process Improvement team (BPI) is looking for a process analyst to ensure seamless order to cash process, as well as driving and supporting process improvements across various teams within the organization.
Location: This will be a hybrid opportunity with a requirement to be onsite at least 2 days a week at our office in Westbrook, ME
What You Will Be Doing:
You will analyze, develop, and implement process changes to provide continuous improvement in workflow, operational procedures and other related business areas.
You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify bottlenecks and implement initiatives.
You will also act as a GBS representative to IDEXX wide projects impacting our organization, by ensuring operational requirements are well communicated and actionable, by ensuring that end solutions are in line with our GBS processes.
You will develop and manage projects to implement process improvement initiatives, generate project ideas and solutions. You will also prioritize projects based on business needs and available resources, aligned with the company and team strategy.
You will implement process improvement projects within and across departments, delivering quantifiable operational improvements and financial benefits.
You will support the overall Strategy team in prioritizing process improvements and projects based on strategy, business needs. In addition, you will support the BPI team in communicating risks and dependencies to leadership in a timely manner.
You will use process improvement methodologies (Lean) to utilize within process improvement work.
You will communicate with and instruct the business lines in leading process changes and the value of continuous process improvement.
You will provide related training to your key stakeholders and process participants.
You will communicate continuous improvement initiatives and success stories to the organization.
What You Need To Succeed:
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
You have at least 5 years of working experience, of which at least 3 as a process analyst.
You have a demonstrated ability and desire to lead change and a track record in continuous process improvement.
You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing.
You have an intrinsic interest in and a passion for technology! Experience in and knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Visio are highly preferred.
You have the ability to evaluate and improve existing processes. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gain credibility quickly and influence decision making.
You have a demonstrated ability to manage projects. Project management experience/ qualification is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams.
You possess a high level of accuracy, the ability to work effectively and independently and to deal with changing priorities and challenges.
You are a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
High ethical standards and a positive attitude.
