Proces Expert

HBP (Amsterdam - Haarlerbergpark) Full time

We’re seeking a Process Expert to help streamline and operationalize tech‑enabled processes across the Engineering & Reliability domain. You will support the design, communication, and continuous improvement of our processes—linking operations, technology, risk, and compliance—so teams can deliver reliably and efficiently. This role emphasizes structured coordination, stakeholder communication, community engagement, and event/portfolio support, with growing exposure to automation and data‑driven reporting.

The Team

This role is part of the Engineering & Reliability domain with CTO and will work closely with the business support colleagues such as the Business Manager, Finance and HR dedicated to the Global Head of E&R.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process Coordination & Documentation
Maintain and improve end‑to‑end process documentation (e.g., operating procedures, R&Rs, communication playbooks), ensuring alignment with corporate standards, brand guidelines, and tone of voice.

  • Assist in Board, regulatory and executive support activities, including preparing presentations, briefing materials, and facilitating events (internal & external) where necessary.

  • Proactively signal and suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, consistent with our efforts to simplify and standardise processes across E&R.

  • Operational Communication & Change Support
Translate process changes into clear messages and toolkits; publish and maintain content across internal channels (ING Today, Viva Engage, Teams, SharePoint, static pages), and support adoption through targeted campaigns.

  • Community & Event Enablement
Activate expert communities; organize townhalls, meetups, demos, knowledge sessions and offsites; capture feedback and actions to drive continuous improvement.

Serve as a liaison between departments of the Engineering & Reliability domain, fostering collaboration and alignment on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Reporting & Insights
Support basic analytics on participation, communications reach, and process adherence; surface insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards and practices that would improve operational support.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
Connect the right people across operations, technology, risk, and compliance; manage channels and collaboration spaces in line with internal guidelines.

  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and effectively addressed.

How to succeed
