$83,200.00 - $128,960.00Job Description Summary• Performs telephone triage including coordination of care and documentation. • Schedules tests and procedures as indicated within the division and obtains prior authorizations as needed. • Works with other departments inside and outside of AMC to coordinate multidisciplinary care • Participates in the patient throughput process in the clinic as indicated and needed (including vital signs, updating medical records, performing diagnostic procedures, assisting the physician and practitioners, facilitating teaching, end of appointment coordination of care) • Works with division physicians, administrative staff, and Nurse Manager to assure
compliance with regulatory conditions and policies and procedures • Delegates daily tasks to appropriate clinical staff and ensures completion of tasks • Reviews and triages incoming test results as indicated within the division Minimum Qualifications: • Associate’s degree of a state accredited Registered Nursing program is required • NYS current RN licensure is required • Previous nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting or at least 1 year of nursing experience obtained outside an ambulatory care setting • Procedural sedation, operating room, Labor & Delivery, Ob/Gyn, or Maternity Services experience is preferred but not required
· BLS Required
· ACLS required to be obtained after hire
