Our Home Care Teams proudly provide the best possible care to our patients throughout the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area. As an RN on the Home Care Team, you will provide services to those living primarily in Cleveland – east, west and the downtown district. Further coverage will expand as far west as Vermillion. In this role, you will provide assessments, complex treatments and education to help avoid readmissions to the acute care setting and ensure comfort. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, all while changing the lives of your patients and their loved ones every day.
This is a PRN role. A caregiver in this position will work flexible day or night shifts, including 4-, 8-, or 12-hour options. Day shifts run between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., while night shifts may range from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. or overnight hours. Weekend coverage is required one shift per six-week period, with scheduling for one holiday per year.
