We are currently seeking a PRN/Part-Time RN Case Manager to serve our Legacy Village community in Xenia, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for an OT who shares our passion for advancing better living and care for seniors.
Current and active RN license
1-2 years of HH experience-required
OASIS knowledge-required
Strong assessment and documentation skills
