We have a great opportunity to expand and strengthen our presence within the private healthcare sector to improve our customer reach. The Private Healthcare Ecosystem Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and defining collaboration agreements with key stakeholders such as private healthcare systems, pharmacy chains and health-tech platforms at both the national and local level.  The main focus will be to build integrated solutions that improve the access and experience to our medicines for patients while enhancing value for patients, providers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, project and business case  development, and operational leadership/accountability, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development:  Identify, initiate and manage strategic partnerships with private healthcare providers and ecosystem players that are aligned with the overall business goals for the Lilly Poland portfolio in the private health space.
  • Value Proposition Design: Co-create value-driven offerings with partners that may include patient support programs, digital health integration and outcomes-based initiatives
  • Negotiation, Collaboration & Relationships: Lead commercial decisions, build and manage long-term relationships with B2B partners and work closely with legal, finance, compliance & PRA (Pricing, Reimbursement, Access).
  • Support marketing teams with insights and training on private healthcare dynamics to enable development and delivery of effective tactics and integrated solutions.
  • Market Insights & Opportunity Mapping:  Analyze private sector healthcare trends, competitor activities, and unmet needs to identify growth opportunities in the private ecosystem space
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and medical.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding private health strategy for the BUs.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of private health initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and market trends

Job qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; Post-graduate degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in private ecosystem related space
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Previous B2B experience with the private ecosystem environment (private healthcare/pharmacy chains) is preferred
