Key Responsibilities
1.Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute a market-specific sales strategy to recruit, engage, and grow (U)HNWI and VIP clients.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through business development, partnerships, and luxury ecosystem activation.
- Recommend portfolio and brand initiatives aligned with pricing strategy, margin expectations, and resource optimisation.
- Actively contribute to building the Private Client business structure in an entrepreneurial, fast‑evolving environment.
2.Client Recruitment & Relationship Building
- Recruit, nurture, and retain personal relationships with (U)HNWIs through high-touch service and personalised interactions.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through luxury partnerships, connector networks, private events, and targeted engagement.
- Strengthen long-term relationships to maximise client value, repeat purchases, and premium brand advocacy.
3.Sales Performance & Commercial Execution
- Deliver annual D2C revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the Prestige and Prestige+ portfolio.
- Ensure superior execution of client orders, premium delivery experience, and after‑sales service.
- Propose commercial solutions aligned with agreed pricing, profitability thresholds, inventory constraints, and commercial KPIs.
- Monitor client segmentation, spending patterns, and CAPP performance to optimise commercial outcomes.
4.Luxury Brand Representation & Experience Creation
- Serve as a charismatic and credible brand ambassador, confidently representing Pernod Ricard’s finest Maisons.
- Host private tastings, prestige events, and bespoke experiences that showcase craftsmanship, heritage, and brand storytelling.
- Design personalised, unforgettable experiences that reflect luxury standards and strengthen emotional connection with the brand.
5.Reporting, CRM Excellence & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and client records with full compliance to internal controls.
- Provide regular reporting on client activities, insights, sales pipeline, and market trends.
- Capture and share HNWI insights to influence product development, experience design, and strategic initiatives.
6.Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor luxury trends, competitor movements, and shifts in HNWI behaviour to anticipate market needs.
- Recommend and test innovative engagement strategies, events, and premium client service models.
- Actively contribute to shaping the future of the Private Client business in your market through an entrepreneurial, solution‑oriented mindset.
