Role Summary
Support Private Bankers and leadership by managing loan and deposit documentation while delivering a seamless experience for high net worth clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of banking transactions. You’ll gain exposure to complex client relationships and develop expertise across lending, deposits, and private banking operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and process new loan requests and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely booking

  • Review loan and deposit documents for accuracy and adherence to regulatory and internal standards

  • Manage client accounts by processing transactions such as wires, stop payments, account openings/closings, and maintenance requests

  • Partner with Private Bankers and internal teams to resolve complex client issues and deliver high-touch service

  • Monitor loan portfolios, track renewals, and review financials to maintain asset quality and prevent delinquencies

  • Provide administrative and sales support, including scheduling, reporting, and preparing client presentation materials

  • Act as a liaison with internal partners (credit, legal, customer care) to ensure smooth transaction execution

  • Build strong relationships with high net worth clients by proactively addressing needs and delivering exceptional service

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2+ years of banking, financial services, or administrative experience

  • Ability to meet S.A.F.E. Act registration and compliance requirements, including credit check

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting private banking or wealth management teams

  • Familiarity with loan documentation, deposit systems, and regulatory requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
