Content Project Manager
Content Project Team Manager (CPTM)
With direction from the Content Project Team Manager (CPTM) and in collaboration with Content Strategists (CS), develop & produce competitive, innovative content for new or revised products (both local language and translation/adaptation as required) with focus on compelling electronic formats and functionality, that meet market needs and are designed to drive usage and grow market share. Manage assigned projects from contract stage through delivery of final files ensuring that standard deliverable files are produced on time and within budget, to approved proposal vision. Incorporate new processes, e-workflows, and technology as appropriate supporting migration to an eFirst workflow with authors in the creation of e-content. Serve as primary contact for authors, scientific editors, translators and suppliers from contract stage through final delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
1: Ensure timely delivery of complete and well-prepared material for publication that adheres to proposal and appropriate quality benchmarks
2: Review and prepare content for delivery to freelancers, suppliers or vendors
3: Liaising with freelancers/suppliers as necessary and monitoring perfor
4: Ensure finished product meets market needs and budget is adhered to
