Description -

This role is responsible for providing financial analysis for Print business of Italy and Saudi Arabia, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.

Responsibilities:
• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for the Print business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong Finance knowledge

• Strong knowledge of HP Finance processes and procedures

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and financial/capacity modeling.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clear, concise materials for senior leadership and stakeholder reviews.

We offer:

The base pay range for this role is 147,200 PLN to 223,100 PLN annually with
additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
