Description -

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Has strong foundations of the different communication disciplines and highly specialized skills in Digital marketing, contributing to HP digital marketing transformation. With creativity and analytical thinking completes complex tasks in effective ways. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients/vendors. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead country marketing strategies for Print segment, managing end to end customer journey.
  • Coordinate marketing programs, campaigns, and associated budget.
  • Identify market requirements for targeted customer segments and/or industry verticals.
  • Stablish constant interfaces with LATAM / WW teams for alignments and projects reporting.
  • Use market and customer research, perform industry/segment analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with PR, Trade, Channel, Search and BU teams to execute programs and campaigns.
  • Manage the process for securing/coordinating messaging and content for marketing programs and vehicles.
  • Develop/communicate closed- loop post-analysis of assigned programs.
  • Lead and manage the Print country One plan

Education and Experience Required:

  • Located on Mexico City.
  • 7+ years marketing experience.
  • Digital marketing and analytics skills is a key differentiator, as well as experience in companies that implemented Digital transformation approach
  • Fluent in English

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Experience in developing and driving consistent field adoption of industry/segment message.
  • High-level knowledge of marketing/market research activities and procedures.
  • Familiarity with category and solution offerings/ strategy
  • Growth marketing skills: measurement, data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry or customer segments, offerings/strategy and demand generation program.
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage virtual teams.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
  • Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills.

Main deliverables

  • Yearly strategic marketing plan and quarterly tactical plan and correspondent execution for Print segment based on overall marketing strategy aligned with business.
  • Agency management (Advertising, Media, Online, Social & Events)  and tracking for each key quarterly project
  • Budget execution and tracking.
  • New product intro: marketing planning and execution for product/service launching in country. Sales and channel enablement.
  • Marketing events
  • Media plans and pieces development w/ agencies (online and offline).
  • Constant campaigns tracking using analytics tools such as PowerBI, DataStudio etc to optimize executions improving ROI and ROAS
  • Alignment with Sales and category on key priorities and initiatives.
