Principle Quality Control Analyst

As a Principle Quality Control Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of technology solutions across the organization. You’ll design, plan, and execute system integration and user acceptance testing to support key business initiatives. Key Accountabilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive system integration and user acceptance tests that ensure software and system reliability.

  • Communicate testing results, findings, and recommendations to QA leadership and project stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including use cases, test results, and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with business partners, project teams, and QA colleagues to ensure alignment on testing strategies and quality goals.

  • Monitor and report testing progress, identifying potential risks, gaps, and areas for process optimization.

  • Support the development of testing strategies and facilitate business line engagement throughout the testing process.

  • Perform testing of third-party interfaces to ensure system stability and compliance with requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying best practices and sharing knowledge across QA teams.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience leading testing projects

  • Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, XRAY, and Confluence

  • Experience working in a QA Center of Excellence or with geographically dispersed teams

  • Background in financial services testing or QA leadership

$76,790.00 - $131,640.00 per year
