Create, validate, and execute Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM) programs in support of large-scale composite and metallic aircraft components and assemblies and associated tooling
Develop and document best practices and procedures to effectively align all inspection plans across the different products
Properly evaluate and interpret engineering models, engineering GD&T intent, and inspection results
Manage daily metrology workflow to drive efficiency and optimal resource utilization
Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovative thinking
Perform measurements and data post processing using portable metrology systems such as Leica
Complete and maintain inspection records and nonconformance reports as applicable with accuracy and timeliness
Perform process checks/audits on all materials and equipment used on CMM
Serve as the main metrology interface between engineering and metrology inspectors
