Join our specialist Trade Credit Practice as Principal, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across NSW. Reporting to the Managing Principal Trade Credit Pacific, you will leverage a strong local and global network to deliver expert broking and advisory services while driving business growth.

We will count on you to:
- Develop and originate new business opportunities from existing portfolios and new sources with a strong growth focus.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of SME, corporate and global clients.
- Support management in preparing, implementing, and achieving team business plans and objectives.
- Deliver and exceed client service standards as per service agreements.
- Maximise team and account profitability through efficient work practices.
- Delegate key tasks effectively to operational personnel.
- Lead and execute renewal and broking strategies to meet or exceed budgetary targets.
What You Need to have:
- Proven experience managing corporate and global clients within Trade Credit or related insurance broking.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to originate and win new business.
- Positive, self-managed, and hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across all levels.
- Ability to lead teams and consistently drive revenue growth.
What makes you stand out?
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- Tier 1 compliance certification.
