What You Will Do:
Performs duties related to overall Customer Service
Serve as customer interface on product status and deliveries. Maintain records of customer communications and documentation in support of proper traceability, and to ensure timely response to all inquiries
Document customer needs and concerns to identify patterns and maintain customer quality satisfaction
Be the focal point between the customer and all other supporting function
Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers
Performs Order Administration duties using SAP including, but not limited to: Data Entry, Service estimate editing & submission, Delivery/Shipment creation
Works in a team environment, but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is complete
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
The selected candidate must be eligible to work in Canada; successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP
Current or previous performing Data Entry to input & retrieve information
Current or previous experience in a customer facing role
Qualifications We Prefer:
Effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to VSMs, engineering, Planning, Quality, and External Customers
Current or previous experience using SAP
Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skilled in risk-based decision making to address moderately complex problems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to display exceptional written and oral communication skills
Prior Aerospace MRO experience

The salary range for this role is 78,000 CAD - 122,850 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
