What You Will Do
Provide contractual guidance to cross-functional partners to meet customer obligations, achieve company goals, and comply with company policies
Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop and maintain business relationships
Support the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development and negotiation of proposals, contractual agreements, and general contract administration
Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure the contract is followed compliantly
Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues as they may arise
Facilitate and ensure communication and coordination with the internal/external customer program team
Adhere to and comply with standardized corporate procedures and compliance documentation
Disseminate (“Flowdown”) customer contractual requirements within the organization
Act as liaison between internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Work autonomously with oversight
Contract closeout activities including material and property dispositioning, patent reporting and final invoicing
What You Will Learn
Take an active role in managing contracts and engaging directly with program leadership
Exposure to business management reviews with leadership support such as quarterly EAC Reviews
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
Experience preparing and negotiating Sole Source and Competitive Proposals
Ability to consistently apply company policy and procedures governing all aspects of contract management and TINA compliance
Ability to manage a high volume of contracts simultaneously ranging from large multi-year support programs to small repairs
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in contracts negotiations, execution and administration of various contracts aspects, including price, Statement of Work, terms and conditions
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) requirements
Understanding of financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
Experience with direct engagement with external customers
Experience with Contracts administration and negotiation of proposals and contracts of medium to high complexity

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
