General Summary:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and technically skilled Principal Solutions Engineer to join our team of Solution Architects. This strategic role demands a strong full-stack engineering background and the ability to lead solution design across a diverse technology landscape—from legacy applications to modern cloud-native platforms. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, driving innovation, and delivering scalable, integrated solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, including significant experience with Salesforce.

  • 4+ years in a technical leadership or solution architecture role, with proven success designing complex, multi-system environments.

  • Demonstrated experience working across legacy systems and cloud-native environments.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java/.NET, Python).

  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and integration via APIs.

  • Strong understanding of legacy architectures (e.g., monolithic applications, batch systems) and modernization strategies.

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and modern software delivery practices.

  • Experience with data modeling, ETL, and integration across diverse systems and data sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).

  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).

  • Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Solution Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of robust, scalable solutions across front-end, back-end, legacy systems, and cloud platforms—including Salesforce and other enterprise technologies.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance across multiple technology stacks, mentor engineering teams, and establish best practices for development, integration, and deployment.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver business value.

  • Delivery Oversight: Lead solution delivery from planning through deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across systems.

  • Technology Agility: Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, pivoting across tools and frameworks as needed to meet business and technical requirements.

  • Legacy Modernization: Architect and guide the evolution of legacy systems, integrating them with modern platforms and cloud services to ensure continuity and innovation.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.

$109,100.00-$224,000.00
