About the Role:

Hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in VueJs, SpringBoot and DevOps practices to lead a team of full stack developers and deliver high quality enterprise applications. This person will drive architecture decisions, guide the team technically, and ensure code quality. This position also provides assistance and input to management, develops and leads large multifunctional development activities, solves complex technical problems, writes complex code for computer systems, and serves as a senior source of expertise.

About the Team:

This team supports a banking product suite to support Real-time transaction screening systems designed to monitor payments and trades, ensuring compliance with sanctions, watchlists, PEPs, and other financial crime regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design, development and deployment of full-stack application using VueJS & SpringBoot.

  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust solutions

  • Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability, reliability and security of systems.

  •  Serve as a primary technical point of contact for the team.

  •  Provide design and architectural input across a product.

  • Code Reviews- Working directly with customers and end users. Serve as acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Acting as a Hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in VueJs, SpringBoot and DevOps practices to lead a team of full stack developers and deliver high quality enterprise applications.

  • Possess hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Restful API’s

  • Experience with VueJS or similar frontend frameworks (ReactJS/Angular)

  • Have a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices including CI/CD tools, Containerization, IaC (Helm, Terraform)

  • Possess Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: VueJS, SpringBoot, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX.

  • Ability to demonstrate DevOps experience, especially CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github Actions, Octopus etc.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $113,100 - $188,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $113,100 - $188,500. Base Pay Range for IL is $118,700 - $197,900. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $124,500 - $207,400. Base Pay Range for MD is $118,700 - $197,900. Base Pay Range for NY is $124,500 - $207,400. Base Pay Range for New York City is $130,100 - $216,800. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $107,500 - $179,100. Base Pay Range for OH is $107,500 - $179,100.
